Terms and ConditionsTEXT COMPETITIONThe Blades TEXT COMPETITION 2009 The promoter of the competition is 2 Excel Aviation Ltd, The Tiger House, Sywell Aerodrome, Sywell, Northampton, NN6 0BN. The prize is a single formation flight with The Blades Aerobatic Team Winners will receive a voucher to fly with The Blades from Sywell Aerodrome, Northampton. Passengers must be available to fly on 15 October 2009 This is a one-off £1 plus standard network charge. The winner will be flying in formation with other passengers The flight is subject to weather on the day. The promoter reserves the right to change the prize day at any time. It is the winner’s responsibility to arrange and pay for travel to and from Sywell Aerodrome. The passenger must be over 12 years of age on or before 21 October 2009. Proof of age may be required. Any winner under 17 years of age must be accompanied to the prize day by an adult responsible for them. Because of Civil Aviation Authority regulations passengers must be under 20 stone and under 6’ 5’’. Entry to the draw will cost £1 and will be charged to your mobile phone account. All correct entries will be entered into the prize draw and the winners will be selected after the lines close at midnight on 14th September 2009 The winner will be notified on their mobile phone within 7 days of the draw and they will have 72 hours to accept the prize. Failure to accept within this time limit will result in the prize being forfeited or re-offered elsewhere at the promoter’s absolute discretion. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence or discussion concerning the result will be entered into. Due to the nature of the prize the passenger must be in good health. The passenger has full responsibility for declaring (past and existing) ailments (including but not limited to diabetes, psychological disabilities, cardio problems and epilepsy). The passenger will be required to sign a declaration of good health. The promoter reserves the right to choose a new winner if any of the above conditions are not satisfied. Entrants must have the bill payer’s permission to enter if the phone is not theirs. Entrants may bid as many times as they like. The promoter shall not be responsible for any technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any e-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to any entrant's or any other person’s computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation in, or downloading any materials related to the Draw. By entering the Draw you confirm that you are willing to be contacted about other news which the promoter considers may be of interest to you. The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. By accepting these terms and conditions and entering this Draw you confirm that you are not breaching any laws in your country of residence regarding the legality of entering our competition. The promoter will not be held responsible for any entrant entering the Draw unlawfully. This is a non-cash prize and cash alternatives will not be offered. Should the prizes become unavailable due to circumstance beyond the promoter’s control, the promoter will not be held responsible. In the event of winning a prize, entrants agree to their name, photograph and home town being published on the promoter’s website. The winner hereby acknowledges that the promoter has the right to use any photographs, videos or films of the prize day and/or notification in any medium and in any reasonable manner for any purpose as they may see fit. All passengers agree to their prize flight event being photographed, videoed, filmed or otherwise recorded and that record being broadcast, repeated and otherwise used for any reason by the promoter without being entitled to any payment for such use. All photographs, video and recorded materials will remain as the property of 2 Excel Aviation Ltd. The promoter reserves the right to change the prize day at any time. • Passengers must be over 12 years of age and be mature enough to take instruction and to exit the aircraft unaided if necessary.
