The CEO of LloydsTSB Retail Bank selected The Blades as a vehicle to roll out her strategic plan in a way that senior staff would never forget. It was vital that the conference reflected the bank’s values as well as her themes and intent.

Of the 130 conference delegates, only five knew what to expect. After coffee in the fully-branded conference facilities, the hangar doors opened and The Blades dived overhead. As the aircraft parked directly in front of them, the stunned conference audience realised why they were at the home of The Blades; they would all be going flying.
Enhanced communication
The conference delegates were split into teams and took part in a series of workshops given by the bank’s executive team, interspersed with a competition to plan and execute an airborne operational mission, lunch and aerobatic flights for each guest. Summing up, the CEO reminded conference delegates of her key points, as the aircraft swooped overhead to emphasise her words. The conference facilities had achieved exactly the impact she wanted.
